We offer complimentary cleaning & polishing services at any time, though we recommend limiting professional polishing to once a year due to the delicate nature of our 18k fine gold material. While care is offered at any time, not all repairs are free of cost, particularly in the instance a chain needs to be repaired or replaced. Manufacturing defects are covered within 30 days of purchase with other repairs assed on a case-by-case basis.
